Our beef is reared on a small farm by Mr John Eddolls (farmer John) in Grafton Oxfordshire, about 6 miles from our shop. With a mixture of breeds which are all grass fed in the Cotswold countryside.

All our beef is dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 30 days on site as whole hind and fore quarter meat.

All our lamb is free range from the Cotswolds, in its prime mid-March to July.

Our pork is farmed locally from Tinneys Paradise farm, just a few minutes from the shop. We also use other free range suppliers when we need a top up.

We have free-range duck and other poultry that comes up every week from Creedy Carver. A family run farm based in Devon using traditional free-range farming techniques.

Our chickens are raised to high standards of welfare and purchasing them as whole birds allows us to portion them into desired cuts for the customers.

Homemade Sausages and Burgers

Sausages and burgers are all made weekly on the premises, using only the finest cuts of meat from our own animals.

Game season runs from August through to January.

We're lucky in the Cotswolds to have local shoots to provide us with our pheasants and partridges. For other game products we use a nearby supplier who sources all game locally.
