Our Story

We started out as A.W.Cutler family butchers in 1994 in the Cotswold town of Lechlade. Anthony Cutler grew the business into a butcher and greengrocer and thrived for many years. In 2002 with increase in trade, Shane Bayliss and Antony Cutler became business partners to expand the business into a butchers, greengrocer and delicatessen.

Still rooted in the ethos of a traditional family butchers we buy as much meat locally, direct from farmers near Lechlade.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal, friendly and high quality service. With a range of expertise we can help give advice on which cuts to choose to get the best product for your needs. All staff members love food so were always on the lookout for new products and inspiration that we can then put forward to the customer, to give you new ideas.
